GrowthBridge Consulting was born from a simple observation: Uganda has extraordinary talent, but many professionals lack the structured support to realise it fully.
Our founder, Grace Nakibuuka, returned from postgraduate studies in professional development with one goal: to build a coaching firm that genuinely understands and serves Ugandan professionals. Not a franchise of a foreign model, but something rooted here — in our culture, our ambitions, and our unique challenges.
Today, we operate across Kampala, Jinja, Gulu, and Entebbe, having partnered with over 500 individuals and 60 organisations since our founding. Our team of eight certified coaches brings expertise spanning finance, education, NGO leadership, entrepreneurship, and public service.
