What Happens in a Coaching Session?

Many people wonder what coaching actually looks like. Here's what you can expect when you work with a GrowthBridge coach.

Complete Confidentiality. Everything discussed stays strictly between you and your coach. We create a safe space for honesty.
You Set the Agenda. Each session starts with what matters most to you that day. We follow your lead — coaching is not consulting.
Deep, Active Listening. Your coach won't rush to give advice. We listen fully first — to what you say, what you don't, and what's underneath.
Insightful Challenge. We ask the questions you haven't thought to ask yourself — and occasionally challenge assumptions with respect and care.
Actionable Commitments. Every session ends with clear actions you've chosen to take — not tasks we've assigned to you.
Flexible Delivery. Sessions are 60 minutes. Available in person at our Kampala office or online via Zoom or WhatsApp video.
